During our private beta phase, the following limits apply:

  • Maximum per transaction: ₦500,000
  • Daily limit: ₦1,000,000
  • Monthly limit: ₦5,000,000

These limits help us manage risk and ensure service quality during beta testing. Limits may be adjusted as we scale.

7. Important Risk Disclosures

Cryptocurrency and cross-border transactions involve inherent risks:

  • Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency exchange rates can fluctuate rapidly
  • Irreversibility: Completed transactions cannot be reversed or canceled
  • Technical Risks: Network delays, system maintenance, or technical issues may occur
  • Regulatory Changes: Laws governing cryptocurrency may evolve
  • Third-Party Risks: We rely on external payment providers and blockchain networks

Only transact amounts you can afford. Paydrak works diligently to minimize these risks but cannot eliminate them entirely.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under Nigerian data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request removal of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Official Communication Policy

Paydrak will NEVER:

  • Call you requesting passwords or account credentials
  • Request payment outside of our official platform
  • Ask for cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases
  • Demand urgent payments or threaten account suspension
  • Guarantee specific profits or investment returns

If you receive suspicious communications claiming to be from Paydrak, report them immediately to helpdesk@paydrak.com
